Returns
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns once the order has been delivered.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery.
To process your request, kindly share:
- Order ID
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
After verification, we will provide a replacement or refund, as applicable.
Refunds
Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
